Utility Bill & Rental Assistance
We understand that everyone could use a helping hand from time to time. For over 20 years, the Tucson Urban League Case Management Emergency Assistance Services Program has provided financial assistance to low income families and individuals in crisis situations within Pima County. The overall goal of the program is to prevent homelessness through rental, mortgage and utility assistance (electric, gas, water, phone).
We are here to provide financial support with your utility and rental/mortgage bills. If you live within the City of Tucson, you may qualify for our services.
Tucson Urban League is one of five partners, that work as sub-contractors for Pima County. All agencies have a call-in process that only has a hotline, at each of the designated offices listed below:

Once you can get through, you will be informed of all the needed documents to bring with you to your scheduled appointment.
